Integrated Card Form

this is an 8-1/2 x 11" form with a 3-3/8 x 2-1/8" Integrated card; the card is die cut into the same stock as the form, centered on the bottom; the card has a 2 mil front and back lamination, the back liner will remain on the form after you pull of the card.

The card is being used for
Membership Cards, Club Cards, Security Passes, Business Cards, ID Cards, Insurance Cards, Health Care cards, Marketing applications, etc.

Faq

Q: Can I print these cards double-sided?

A: No, since you have the plastic on the back, they can only be printed on one side.
