If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will readily accept a return. Please adhere to the following instructions to ensure that the return is processed smoothly.
- All returns must be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Return Authorization must be requested within 20 days of invoice date.
- Only full cartons will be accepted for return.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- No specially ordered items may be returned unless defective in workmanship and/or material.
- Requests for return of items ordered in error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping
- If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the all the shipping costs (including return shipping) and a 25% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS ON TAX FORMS AFTER THE 1st of JANUARY
