Pin feed Paper is pricked diagonally at regular interludes with a line of small slits which form a tear verge that outlines the top and bottom of each sheet. After printing the divided slips can be held in binders by using the sprocket pigpens when merely required as a record. The tear perforations may be short slits, which leave noticeable notches when torn apart, suitable for many business documents such as invoices. Continuous stationery printed on a suitable printer is generally faster than laser printing.
