should customer have a problem due to defect in material, we will exchange the product within 5 days. at no cost to consumer.

Customer returns: if for any other reason the customer decides to return the product, the following steps must be followed:

1) customer pays a restocking fee of 35% of the order.
2) $10.00 pick-up fee for 1 ctn. $5.00 each additional carton.
3) a return authorization number must be given to customer prior to return.
4) a call tag will be issued, We'll send UPS or any common carrier to pick up the product.
